We made a transit to my eldest brother's house in Sungai Petani. He just bought the house this year and it is a lovely house I can say. A single storey semi-detached with peace and calm neighbourhood. Foods and houses are still cheap and living cost is still realistic.
I love to stay in Kedah or Kelantan one fine day. Probably during my retirement day, I would like to have a single storey house to stay. It will be easy to walk araound in the house if it just have one level only.
